Can cheese burgers and fruit smoothies co-exist?

Recently, fast food giant Burger King made a number of changes to its menu, including adding real fruit smoothies. How did consumers react to this new addition to the familiar BK menu? Sure, you can measure overall online sentiment towards a brand but that’s not particularly useful. You need to measure very specific aspects of your brand such as the fizziness of the soda pop, the dust on the shelves, or the pickle in your burger.
