Customer Satisfaction

The Customer Satisfaction tool offers you a moving snap shot of how consumers feel about a product or service associated with a specific brand. It looks at your brand and a competitor at your choice through five variables, including basic emotions, retailer characteristics, pricing and product components, and personality.

Deliverables include industry data, Brand Benchmarks, Datapaks, with use of the Conversition portal along with access to an automated report.

We’ll monitor the event over a 12-week period of time.
